Recently my very romantic and darling husband sent to me Ms. Nin’s quote in an email … telling how it made him think of me.
I can’t let this moment pass without sharing, that this woman has waited a lifetime to hear her man say that he understands the complexities of her. Both the subtle and panoramic facets to me. And by no means do I think I’m unique. I believe these layers exist in us all. Some of us are fortunate enough to be with a partner who understands the need for us to express them all, as well we have the desire and courage to do so.
So the following text and photos were my email back to him:
